By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pankh, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, the product should not be used.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect each mailbox added to Pankh. Credentials, hosted sign-in sessions, and provider permissions must be used only for accounts owned by the user or managed with proper authorization.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of device access, account credentials, and third-party provider permissions associated with Pankh.
Pankh may not be used to break the law, interfere with provider infrastructure, bypass security restrictions, access accounts without authorization, distribute harmful content, or abuse email services for spam, fraud, harassment, or malware delivery.
The project may restrict or disable access to features if misuse, technical abuse, or security risks are detected.
Pankh depends on external mail hosts, OAuth providers, app stores, certificate authorities, and related infrastructure. Those services are outside direct control of the project and may change, suspend access, or enforce separate legal terms.
Pankh is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
Features, platform support, and download packages may change over time. Updates may modify setup behavior, authentication methods, or compatibility requirements as the product evolves.
Users should keep the app updated to receive bug fixes, security improvements, and provider compatibility changes.
Pankh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The project does not guarantee uninterrupted access, provider compatibility, or error-free operation in every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of or inability to use Pankh. Questions about these terms should be directed through the project’s published support or contact channel.
