Information We Collect
Pankh may process account identifiers such as email address,
display name, provider selection, and server configuration details
required to connect IMAP, SMTP, or hosted authentication flows.
When supported by a provider, Pankh may receive authentication
tokens, refresh tokens, or session credentials needed to keep the
account signed in. Email message content, attachments, folder
state, and message metadata may also be stored locally on the
device to render the inbox and support search or sync behavior.
Pankh may also collect limited diagnostics such as crash logs,
app version, device type, operating system, and timestamped error
events to investigate failures and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
We use the information processed by Pankh to authenticate users,
configure mail accounts, sync inbox data, send and receive email,
restore sessions, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the
performance and security of the application.
Diagnostics are used to identify bugs, understand failures in
account setup, and improve support for provider-specific login or
server configuration flows.
Storage and Security
Pankh is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure. Account
settings, cached email data, and tokens should be stored using the
security mechanisms available on the user’s platform, including
protected local storage where supported.
No system is perfectly secure. Users remain responsible for
securing their devices, keeping software updated, and protecting
access to their mailbox credentials and provider accounts.
Sharing
Pankh interacts with third-party email providers and identity
services only as needed to authenticate accounts and exchange mail
data requested by the user. Those providers operate under their
own terms and privacy policies.
We do not describe Pankh as selling personal data in this policy.
Information may be disclosed if required to comply with law,
enforce product rights, or investigate abuse, fraud, or security
incidents.
Your Controls
Users can remove connected accounts, sign out of hosted sessions,
revoke provider access from third-party account settings, and
delete locally stored app data from their device.
If Pankh offers support channels, users may request assistance in
resolving access, setup, or privacy concerns for information under
our control.
